As a social enterprise operating in many fields, and these fields increasing with more diversity to them, Menter Môn recognizes the need to have a wider variety of board members, in order to reach a wider audience.
With the success of projects increasing, Menter Môn has appointed new members of staff to work on these projects. This success also calls for more Directors to contribute to the Company’s work.
Dr Wyn Morgan, the current Chair of the Board, emphasised the need to appoint new members:

Looking ahead, it is important that we get new members who reflect the people and communities the company serves.”
Dafydd Gruffydd, Menter Môn’s Managing Director, added:
This demand for new members is coming at a very exciting time for the company as plans grow and more staff are employed. The company now employs over 70 staff members with a wide range in age and gender diversity. We need to be able to reflect this diversity within the Board with members bringing a variety of skills and experiences to the board.”
