Presented by Denise Phillips, Chief Executive of the Wales Quality Centre, this event will focus on the following:

• Quality and business excellence in Wales
• The effect of Brexit on businesses in Wales
• The way forward for growth
• Question and Answer session

There will be refreshments and an opportunity to network from 18:30 with the presentation starting at 19:00.

Speaker Details:

Denise is an experienced quality professional, with multi sector experience of a range of quality tools, techniques and methodologies, in manufacturing and service sectors with a strong focus on sustainable whole business improvement.

A qualified Project Manager she has had opportunities to work on national projects such as the Millennium Stadium (Principality Stadium) and a pan Wales performance management software implementation. She also supports regeneration projects.

A self-confessed improvement addict, with a long term association with Wales Quality Centre, she counts herself lucky to have had the opportunity to work with, and support, so many varied organisations with their improvement programmes, and interim management support. Striving for business excellence in Wales is the mission of the Centre and a personal passion for Denise.
