Rhian Allen employs over 150 staff globally, a which number continues to grow. The business has over 1.5 million followers across social media as well as over 1.2 million unique users each month (4.5 million page views) on the website.

Rhian published a no.1 bestselling lifestyle book in April 2018; The Busy Mum’s Guide To Weight Loss and a second book is scheduled to be released in spring 2019.

A busy mum of two young boys, Rhian is passionate about supporting women and mothers on the road to a healthier lifestyle and providing them with products, tools and support to reach their health and weight loss goals. The Healthy Mummy provides daily content to empower mums to live a healthier life with the motto ‘Mums supporting Mums, without judgement’.

Her business is founded on this desire, which has led to the development of a range of high-quality products and collaborations with nutritional and fitness experts. By focussing on what her ‘mums’ need she has developed a network of global employees and brand ambassadors in order to build a global community of supportive mums.
