Codi Group has welcomed three new Non-Executive Directors to its Board, bringing experience across finance, housing and regeneration, health and service transformation.
The appointments of Tonia Lewis, Cenydd Rowlands and Emma South were confirmed at Codi Group's Annual General Meeting on Thursday 24 September.
Together, they bring a broad range of experience and expertise that will help Codi deliver on its ambitions for customers and communities across Wales.
Tonia Lewis is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years' experience in senior roles spanning finance, risk assurance, governance and data protection across not-for-profit, FTSE-listed and infrastructure businesses.
She has extensive experience of supporting executive teams and Boards, leading finance transformation and strengthening financial controls, and is passionate about using finance, data and insight to help organisations achieve their ambitions.
Cenydd Rowlands brings 19 years' experience in property development, investment and regeneration, with a particular focus on housing delivery and placemaking.
As Property Director at the Development Bank of Wales, Cenydd leads investment and portfolio activities across residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors. He has worked extensively with developers, investors, local authorities and government to unlock development opportunities, accelerate housing delivery and support regeneration across Wales.
Emma South has more than 20 years' experience across health, housing, justice and the third sector, with particular expertise in service transformation, mental health, trauma-informed practice and organisational development.
Emma has led multidisciplinary teams and complex change programmes and has designed and developed services focused on tackling inequalities, supporting recovery and independence, and improving long-term wellbeing through partnership working and co-production.

Codi Group is a not-for-profit organisation managing close to 25,000 homes, with ambitious plans to deliver 4,500 new homes over the next five years. The Group also provides care and support services to more than 11,000 individuals.
Employing close to 2,500 people, Codi will make a £1 billion contribution to the Welsh economy between 2026-2030.
