New business directory to boost local economy

A new online Swansea business directory has been launched to help keep money in the local economy. The new directory, with details of almost 2,000 Swansea businesses, has been made available by Swansea Council at www.itslocalswansea.co.uk

Set up for today’s mobile generation, the directory is fully integrated with directions, Google Maps and Google Street View. It also links to the websites and social media accounts of the businesses included. The new directory can be accessed from mobiles and tablets by sending a ‘123Swansea’ text message to 88802.
