SECUREIT Strengthens Leadership with New Sales Director

South Wales-based fire prevention and security specialist SECUREIT has strengthened its business development offering with the appointment of Leon Window as sales director.

Leon joins the company to help drive business growth and expansion. He started his career at Secom PLC, one of the world’s largest security companies, before moving on to Mercury Security Ltd and Scheidt & Bachmann LTD. In 2009, Leon founded Monmouthshire-based Select Security, which he successfully grew into a seven-figure company with around 2,500 clients before it was acquired by Stanley Black & Decker PLC in 2019.

Leon said:

“The company’s warmth towards their staff and clients and their strong focus on quality is very refreshing. The community around SECUREIT has a real family feel, and this is reflected in the company’s excellent staff and client retention. I am excited to be part of this journey and look forward to helping SECUREIT reach new heights.”

SECUREIT is a family-run business which offers fire prevention and security solutions for residential and commercial properties.

Philip Popham, Managing Director and founder of SECUREIT, added:

“We are delighted to welcome Leon to the team. His vast industry knowledge, innovative thinking, and entrepreneurial sales expertise will be instrumental in executing our ambitious growth plans. We look forward to welcoming contacts of Leon who will now select SECUREIT for their business protection needs.”
