JCP Solicitors has boosted its expertise further by appointing a Residential Property Conveyancing specialist to its Caerphilly office.
Rachel McAdorey has joined JCP as an Associate Solicitor in Conveyancing, returning to her hometown, where she had previously worked for 7 years.
She joins the firm having cut her teeth with law firms in Blackwood and Aberdare, where she dealt with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including sales and purchases, part exchanges with new build properties, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership transfers of equity and more.
During her previous roles, Rachel also dealt with Commercial Conveyancing, adverse possessions, title disputes as well as Lasting Power of Attorney, Wills and Probate and some Family matters.
