One Night Taster Menu Event at Blas Restaurant Twr y Felin Hotel, St Davids 19th January


Blas restaurant at Twr y Felin Hotel, St Davids is hosting a unique five-course tasting menu event on Friday, 19th January with the option of an overnight stay.

The AA three rosette fine dining restaurant promises a memorable evening of culinary exploration with Head Chef, Sammy Owen and his team accompanied by a carefully curated wine flight perfectly complementing each course.

Enjoy a welcome cocktail in the Oriel Lounge to set the mood for the evening ahead. Then take your place in Blas, sit back, relax and be entertained by harpist Georgina Cornock as the chefs present each course, sharing their inspiration and techniques.

The best seasonal ingredients will be showcased on the menu, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Every dish is a work of art, from delicate seafood to succulent meats and decadent desserts.

The menu begins with a mushroom, spelt and parmesan starter followed by crab custard. Next comes the main course with succulent beef followed by pear with local honey from East Pelcomb and Tokaji.  The final course is a chocolate brioche tuile with stout ice cream followed by coffee and petit fours.
