Lawyers at south Wales firm RLE Law are celebrating after retaining the legal industry’s highest quality mark. RLE Law, which is based in Bridgend and Treorchy, has gained Lexcel re-accreditation by the Law Society – after becoming the first firm in both Bridgend and Rhondda Cynon Taf to receive it in 2012.
The coveted quality kitemark is awarded only to solicitors who meet the highest standards of excellence in areas such as case management, risk management and client care, with Lexcel-accredited practices undergoing rigorous independent assessment every year.
RLE Law’s founding director Emma Hardwidge said:
“We are committed to providing excellent customer care standards and this is fundamental to our core values. As such, we relished the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment by applying for the quality mark.
“The Law Society’s Lexcel assessor was particularly impressed with the level of attention given to our clients and staff within the firm, commenting: ‘There is a real commitment to providing a quality service to clients and to continually improve performance. This is reflected in the directors’ open approach to suggestions for improvement and in the understanding of all levels of staff of the importance of their role and of the part they individually play in delivering good client care.’”
RLE Law, which has offices in Derwen Road, Bridgend, and Treorchy’s High Street, prides itself on being a modern, progressive law firm with a strong heritage and traditional values. RLE’s highly skilled and friendly team delivers high quality advice and value for money, with clients’ interests at the heart of everything it does.
The Lexcel legal practice quality mark sets the required Standard in seven areas; structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, client care and file and case management.
