Local Langstone, South Wales based business leader, Mark Sweeny, has been recognised by the prestigious Great British Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, after being awarded ‘Wales Technology Entrepreneur of the Year’.
The Founder and Chief Executive of fast-growing digital consultancy, de Novo Solutions, Mark boasts an impressive career within the tech sector, having built, scaled, and exited multiple businesses before launching de Novo Solutions in late 2020.
Over the last three years, de Novo Solutions has honed a niche in the experience economy by ‘re-imaging the world of work’ through the delivery of data driven personalised experiences over standardised business processes using Oracle and ServiceNow technologies and is now on track to exceed an impressive £5 million turnover by the close of its current financial year.
One of the most prestigious events on the UK business community calendar, the Great British Entrepreneur Awards is deemed the ‘Grammy’s of entrepreneurship’, celebrating, and championing the stories of founders and creators across the UK.
With the award’s ceremony hosted at Grosvenor House, London, Mark impressed judges with his unique approach to market and capability to accelerate growth by 600% over the last 12 months alone – culminating in him winning ‘Wales Technology Entrepreneur of the Year’.
