Ydych chi'n un o'r bobl hynny sydd yn meddwl bod gennych ddim sgiliau cywir i redeg eich busnes? Mae gennych chi syniad; mae gennych yr ysfa i feddwl am y syniad ond rydych chi'n rhoi'r gorau iddi oherwydd eich bod chi'n meddwl nad oes gennych chi'r sgiliau i redeg eich busnes? Os mai chi yw hwn, dewch i'r sesiwn hon, byddwn yn edrych ar sut i adnabod eich sgiliau, sut i wella rhai o'ch sgiliau a sut i ddatblygu sgiliau newydd? Session One: Developing Your Business Idea
This session will cover;
- Is self-employment for you?
- How best to develop your business idea?
- Why do I need to have a business plan?
- How best to present my business plan?
Session Two: Developing Your Skills
Are you one of those people that don’t think you have the right skills to run your own business? Maybe you have a business idea but you stop! All because you think you don’t have the skills to actually run your own business? If this is you, come to this session and we will help you identify your skills, give you pointers on how to improve those skills and how to develop new skills. This session will be run by our Hub Manager and Business Advisor, Angharad Harding.
