Wynne Crompton and Rob Rolley have been appointed as Board members of the ESTnet and bring with them expertise in the software, electronics and defence sectors.

Wynne Crompton (right in picture) is commercial director and co-founder of bespoke software house, Accelero Digital. Having moved from teaching into the electronics and software industries in 2000, Wynne brings with him a wealth of experience across both sectors and is representative of the growing number of software development businesses throughout Wales.

Rob Rolley (left in picture) leads the EDGE Innovation function at General Dynamics UK in Oakdale. Rob’s team is responsible for the expert delivery of new technologies into the business to enable the delivery of new capabilities as well as keeping the firm at the forefront of the defence sector.
