Dinosaur Park For Sale Sees Significant Increase in Visitor Numbers

The Dinosaur Park, a visitor attraction in Pembrokeshire which is currently on the market, has reported a 35% increase in visitor numbers over the Easter period in 2025 compared to 2024.

The popular attraction was established by the current owners in 1994 and is seeing continued development and investment for the future, including the most recent addition of a new pair of ‘dancing dinosaurs’ which are already on their way to the park.

Despite the park’s year-on-year success, the owners have decided it is the right time to plan for their retirement. The business is on the market for the very first time in its history with specialist business property adviser Christie & Co. Serious about retiring and transferring the business to a new custodian, the owners have reduced the asking price to £3,999,950.

The park is operating as normal and the owners will continue to run the business and welcome new visitors until it changes hands.

The Dinosaur Park is home to 36 rides and activities, with over 90 dinosaurs. The site also includes a woodland trail and walking safari of the animatronic residents. Undercover areas include soft and hard play areas, a family fun activity house, a virtual reality activity, café and takeaway eateries, a covered eating area, a reception and gift shop.

The park is situated 2.5 miles from Tenby. 120 acres of additional land surrounding the park are also available by separate negotiation, as well as a three-bedroom bungalow, and the park offers scope for further expansion.
