Cardiff’s Newest Co-Working Space Launches at Space2B at The Maltings

Cardiff’s newest co-working space to launch February 2018 at Space2B at The Maltings set in the unique and iconic Grade II listed building, already home to over 70 innovative and growing businesses.

A brand new co-working space for freelancers, start-ups, homeworkers and entrepreneurs will be opening in February 2018, adding another strand to the Space2B community which is already home to over 70 businesses. Space2B at The Maltings aims to create a fun, creative, yet professional environment designed to meet the requirements of growing businesses.

Along with the basics that you would expect within your workspace – Space2Co-Work will go above and beyond to offer a supportive network, a community app, series of events, professional on-site staff and a community manager. This inspiring environment will encourage collaborative working and an outdoor courtyard, an enclosed mezzanine and event space will offer a more relaxed atmosphere.

Gareth Oram, Operations Manager at Space2B said

“We know how important it is to provide the basic amenities in a workspace such as good coffee and on-site parking. In addition, we aim to provide a professional environment that has personality and a sense of community to ensure members feel at home and see Space2B as part of their business adventure. We will be here to help them every step of the way.”

Superfast WIFI, On-Site Parking, On-site Café, Bike Racks, Free Tea & Coffee and Free Printing Services will come as standard, and will also provide a free shuttle bus service to and from Cardiff City Centre that runs three times a day to members on a monthly membership. Some packages even offer free on-site gym memberships!

Gareth commented:

“We’ve done a lot of research and listened to the feedback of start-ups, entrepreneurs, freelancers and businesses in Cardiff and South Wales to ensure what we are offering is what these businesses are looking for in a flexible workspace.”

Whether you require a Space2Work between meetings or perhaps you’re a freelancer, start-up or homeworker who wants a Space2Collaborate, or a small business who needs Space2Grow – We offer a selection of hot desks and dedicated desk options to suit everyone.

Our close knit and varied business community means there is always someone that can help you and your business excel. We will offer access to an event series and on-site networking to help your business flourish.

Starting your Space2B adventure in Space2Co-work means as your business grows or your business requirements alter – there are serviced and self-managed offices available, meaning you and your business can be part of the Space2B Community for life.

Memberships will be limited, so reserving your space early is recommended. See full details here
