Blas Cymru/Taste Wales is a biennial event organised by the Food Division to bring together Welsh producers and manufacturers with Buyers from both the UK and overseas, in addition to the brokerage element there is also a conference and trade exhibition promoting the Food and Drink industry in Wales.
From rugby superstars James Hook and Lee Byrne to Minister for Rural Affairs and North Wales, there were a whole host of interesting businesses at Blas Cymru 2021
