Better Together – Financial Services Specialists Join Forces

Leading financial services regulatory solicitor, Stuart Brothers, will be joining the Cardiff office of award winning top 100 law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys, and taking his team with him, further building the office philosophy of ‘Better Together’.

From 30 April, the five-strong team from Stuart Brothers Solicitors will boost the current specialist litigation and advisory services to FCA regulated entities across the whole firm.

Commenting on Stuart’s arrival, Hefin Archer Williams, Head of HCR’s Cardiff office, said:

“The depth and range of Stuart’s specialist knowledge, built over years both in-house within the AMP Group of companies, as MD of the London Life group and as an advisor to insurers and banks on compliance with the Financial Services & Markets Act, will be invaluable to clients of the firm.

“I’m delighted that he and his team are joining us – the opportunities for them and their clients coming out of this move tops off a very exciting first year for us here in Cardiff.”

Stuart said:

“Joining HCR provides my clients with the opportunity to access the greater depth and breadth of legal services available from a firm of its size, my team to benefit from the development opportunities that this scale brings with it and me personally to develop my financial service regulatory offer within HCR’s investigation, regulatory and tax team.”

Harrison Clark Rickerbys has more than 550 staff and partners based across offices in Cardiff, Wye Valley, Hereford, Worcester, Cheltenham, Birmingham, Thames Valley, London and Cambridge.
