An AI property firm has announced the opening of its new office in Cardiff, marking the start of a growth phase beyond its London base.
Planna launched in 2023 and its proprietary AI technology delivers property-level insights that support smarter decisions.
Cardiff will serve as a centre for Planna’s long-term growth, with the company actively building a local team and creating new roles across multiple departments. It sees Wales’ thriving insurtech and fintech sectors as key drivers to its development.
Alain Hanash, CEO of Planna, said:
“We’re thrilled to open our new Cardiff office and join its vibrant tech ecosystem. With major businesses headquartered in close proximity, we are looking to strengthen partnerships in the region, as well as tapping into Wales’ highly skilled talent pool.
“This is a really exciting step in Planna’s journey as we continue to scale our technology and deliver on our mission to transform how property decisions are made.”
At the heart of Planna’s platform is its flagship product, Home Score, an AI-powered rating system that assesses a property’s condition, identifies potential risks, and highlights opportunities for improvement.
