āWe are delighted to have acquired a new parcel of land at Llanwern and hope our detailed plans will be approved by the local planning authority.
āThereās a growing need for new homes in the Newport area and weāve carefully designed this new phase of development to meet the requirements of local buyers, whether theyāre first-time buyers, downsizers or growing families.
āItās a great location with good local amenities and easy access to major routes including the M4 ā plus itās just three miles from Newport city centre.
āOur Monks Meadow development has been really popular with home-hunters in the area and weāre expecting similar levels of interest in this new phase.
āIn the meantime, the final plots are now available to reserve at Monks Meadow and thereās no time to waste for anyone hoping to make this popular phase of the development their home.ā
Thereās a choice of four-bedroom houses remaining for sale at Monks Meadow, priced from Ā£259,995. More information is available at bellway.co.uk.
