Law firm Geldards has advised the shareholders of Edwards Diving Services Ltd, a specialist marine and civil engineering contractor, on its sale to Envolve Infrastructure Ltd – a wholly owned subsidiary of Renew Holdings plc.
Established in 1992, Edwards Diving Services (EDS) started life as a specialist inshore diving contractor based in Caerphilly. The business has since grown into a marine and civil engineering partner, offering technical expertise, bespoke equipment and fabrication facilities to resolve complex engineering solutions.
The £13 million acquisition of EDS by specialist civil engineering firm Envolve Infrastructure expands the group's capabilities.
