DigiLead Wales – which aims to be a key platform for digital leadership and collaboration – has launched.
Its first event, held at Tramshed Tech’s new Swansea Palace location, united Wales’ digital and tech leaders for an evening of discussions, insights, and a shared vision for the future of innovation in Wales.
The launch event featured keynote talks from four leading figures in UK digital transformation: Matthew Bromham of the UK Health Security Agency, Andrea Jones of VisVira, Kevin Foley of Admiral Group Plc, and David Sullivan of Starling Bank.
Co-organisers Mark Brereton and Mark Davies played a central role in bringing the DigiLead Wales vision to life.
Mark Brereton said:
“It was a truly special evening where we laid the foundations for a community of change-makers who will be putting Wales on the map as a leader in digital innovation. The speakers brought disruptive talks to the table, provoking some serious, smoking hot debate. I’m genuinely blessed and eternally grateful to everyone who made this launch possible.”
Founding sponsor Unify Talent was instrumental in launching this initiative. Local partners also provided videography, branding, and catering services, which DigiLead Wales said highlighted its mission to remain grounded in and supported by the local business ecosystem.
