Property Consultancy Expands Commercial Property Management Team

A property consultancy based in Cwmbran has expanded its commercial property management team as a result of business growth.

Fisher German has appointed three new commercial property management experts as the firm experiences an increase in business from both new and existing clients.

The firm has welcomed Alan Sweet, Michelle Dove and Chris Carpenter-Beck to its offices in Glasgow, Doncaster and Cwmbran respectively.
Chris Carpenter-Beck, who lives in Bristol, is the latest person to join the team and manages the firm’s South West portfolio.

He has more than 15 years of experience in property management, including managing a large portfolio of properties on behalf of a supermarket chain.

Fisher German’s Cwmbran office handles over £68.5m worth of clients’ assets across around 9.1 million sq ft of commercial space and collects more than £48.25 million in rent each year.

Chris said:

“I’m really pleased to join Fisher German. After working for the same company for 15 years I knew my next role needed to be the right one, and I was keen to join a firm which offers strong development opportunities.

“I’d already heard of Fisher German, and I’ve been extremely impressed with everything from my initial interactions and the recruitment process to the onboarding. Everyone in the team is highly knowledgeable and has made it very easy to settle in.

“I’m managing a portfolio of mixed-use industrial estates across the South West, which is an area I have extensive knowledge of.

“It’s an extremely exciting time to be joining Fisher German. The firm is growing and I’m pleased to be part of this.”

Gemma Lund, head of commercial property management at Fisher German, said:

“It is fantastic to welcome three new colleagues to provide extra strength and resilience to the team.

“Alan, Michelle and Rebecca all bring a significant amount of knowledge and experience to the business.

“We’ve experienced growth across a number of key clients and have had a number of new instructions right across the areas where we operate which is testament to the quality of the service we provide.

“We will now look to continue this growth as we contribute to the success of the wider business.”
