Martyn Prowel Solicitors Announce Re-Location to the Aspect in Cardiff City Centre
Welsh law firm Martyn Prowel Solicitors has announced that it is relocating to new offices in Cardiff city centre after nearly 20 years at Hallinans House on Newport Road.
The firm which employs 30 staff, will be moving into its new base at The Aspect, 140 Queen Street, Cardiff in November.
Martyn Prowel Solicitors provide a range of high street legal services including family law, conveyancing, wills and probate, medical negligence, dispute resolution and criminal law.
Announcing the move Caron Rockey, Director of Martyn Prowel Solicitors, said:
“It was important for us to stay in the heart of Cardiff and close to transport links into the city.
We look forward to new and contemporary office space in a very prominent building at the apex of main routes into the city centre.”
Terry Melia, Consultant at property agents EJ Hales said:
“The occupants of the first floor offices at the Aspect gain far more visibility than they otherwise would in a typical multi-story office block.
Given its location at the junction of Newport Road and Dumfries Place with major traffic and pedestrian flow, the Aspect will bring great benefits to the profile of Martyn Prowel.”
