Nick Young, RS Group Chief Digital Officer and President of OKdo
Nick is a commercially minded digital leader with a suitable amount of tech geekiness to complement. Having successfully operated in digital and technology roles for over 15 years, he currently serves as the Chief Digital and Innovation Officer at RS Group and President of Okdo. Throughout this time, he has accumulated a wealth of experience, notably leading the digitization within RS Group, resulting in a four-fold increase in digital revenue, now exceeding £1.8 billion. Prior to this role, Nicki utilised his computer science background to build new products and platforms as a consultant. He also played a pivotal role in supporting the launch of BT Sport and BT's foray into the handset market.

Paul Evans, CEO, Box UK
Paul Evans has over 20 years experience across consultancy, transformation and strategic stakeholder engagement. He has been an integral part of the Box UK leadership team for over four years during which he has developed a deep understanding of, and contributed to, the company's culture and operations. As CEO, Paul spearheads Box UK's strategic initiatives and leads the organisation in achieving its goals. Previously of Accenture and KPMG, Evans has a proven track record in developing strategy, driving delivery, promoting innovation and fostering strong client relationships.
