A Welsh property expert has announced the expansion of her successful business to encompass all South Wales.

Steph Hector has run X-Press Legal Services from her office in Caerphilly since 2019.   Supporting conveyancing professionals, the company produces the reports and data required for all commercial and residential property transactions.

Initially working with just five local authorities, such has been the demand for Steph’s expert property services from the Welsh conveyancing and legal communities, that she has announced her expansion across South Wales.

The office is now supporting conveyancing professionals in Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Vale of Glamorgan, Newport, Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen, Monmouthshire and Rhondda Cynon Taff.
