The 2,700 sq ft new office suite is situated on the second floor of the Grade A building that boasts a BREAMM ‘excellent’ rating and combines modern workspace design with ample staff and client parking.

“The location is great too as it’s only a short walk into Cardiff city centre and less than a 20-minute drive to the M4 at Newport,” says Lee Mogridge, Head of LSH in Wales which has a further office in Swansea and employs 32 staff in total across the principality.

It’s well placed strategically, with Capital Quarter, a 10-acre mixed use development situated in Cardiff’s Central Business District which incorporates the city’s Financial and Professional Services Enterprise Zone.

Adds Mogridge:

“As property specialists and potential tenants, we were always impressed with the vision for Capital Quarter which once complete will span over 1,025,000 sq ft and include offices, hotels, student housing and education facilities.

“After 10 years at Callaghan Square, LSH was looking for an office refresh and this modern new space is proving to be the right choice with a high standard of finish and a coffee shop and café in the communal foyer area on the ground floor serving as a relaxed, break-out meeting area.”
