Work Begins on 15 New Homes in Monmouthshire Countryside

Work begun this week at Capsel’s brand new housing development in Dingestow;  marking Capsel’s second open market housing development and first in collaboration with Holbrook Homes.

In the midst of the Monmouthshire countryside, adjacent to the old station house. The development at Dingestow will comprise of 15 brand new, high quality homes made up of two, three and four bedroom properties. Each property has been sensitively designed to reflect the surrounding area and an ecological buffer will be put in place to preserve existing wildlife.

These much needed homes in the area, will be available to buy on the open market and via Monmouthshire Housing Association’s (MHA) low cost home ownership scheme, Homebuy; in addition there will be three affordable homes to rent.
