WhatSalon, a new and exciting app designed to make booking hair and beauty appointments simple and easy, is about to launch in Cardiff. When working on the launch of the app, WhatSalon chose new salon on the block, Haus of Dolls, in Cathays, a very instagrammable, cool and quirky new salon in Cardiff for their launch photo-shoot.
The tech company chose the Haus of Dolls salon to work on the photographic shoot to launch their impressive new app, as they believed the salon would provide the perfect backdrop to showcase the services you can book via the WhatSalon App. The recently opened Haus of Dolls is the very first independent Makeup & Blow-dry bar in Cardiff, and the WhatSalon team loved that the salon focused on delivering an exceptional client experience, including providing prosecco to clients and creating a fun atmosphere for groups of girls to get their hair and makeup done before a night out. WhatSalon used the salon space as a studio to create exciting and engaging social media content for the launch of their app.
The WhatSalon app allows clients to book an appointment in seconds at the swipe of their screen in the most suitable salon near them, along-side finding appropriate appointments to suit their schedule. It’s also a perfect tool for hair and beauty professionals as it aims to simplify and amplify business. If a salon already has salon software, the app integrates with this to attract new clients and grow the business. If a salon does not have any software or is a freelancer, WhatSalon provide software solutions, ranging from simple to advanced, making life easier and helping the salon to be easily found by people searching for a beauty appointment.
David O’Flynn, Owner and Founder of WhatSalon, commented,
“We were delighted to work with the Haus of Dolls on our launch photo-shoot in Cardiff. Cardiff is such a vibrant exciting city at present with numerous new bars, restaurants, hair and beauty salons and places to visit. It’s the perfect location for WhatSalon to launch our services to anyone looking for a hair or beauty appointment.”
