What Does Women’s Equality and Equity Look Like in Wales

The theme for International Women’s Day 2023 is embracing equity, which means cultivating mindsets and practices necessary to create an affirming, inclusive and harmonious environment to help drive success for all. Through the process of equity, we can reach equality.

In a special Business News Wales podcast hosted by CEO Heather Anstey-Myers, she is joined by several highly skilled and knowledgeable guests including Dr Louise Bright, Executive Director for Engagement and Enterprise at the University of South Wales, Gemma Casey, NatWest’s Cymru EcoSystem Manager for Wales and Catherine Griffith Williams, CEO for Constructing Excellence Wales, who play key focus to what does women’s equality and equity look like to them and why International Women’s Day is so important to both themselves and the wider world of business.
