Property consultants reposition themselves in the marketplace for growth in the digital era
Well-respected Welsh property agent Rees Richards and Partners has gone through a rationalisation process to concentrate on the core strengths of its business.
From now on the firm, which is in its 170th year, is committed to continuing to focus on its significant strengths including all aspects of property, surveying, auctioneering and estate management.
As part of that repositioning in the marketplace Rees Richards says it is to close its Gorseinon branch with the regrettable loss of two part-time jobs.
“Unfortunately, two part-time positions will go through this rationalisation process but the manager of the Gorseinon branch, Carey Knox, will be relocated to head office,” said Rees Richards Partner Dylan Williams.
“Rees Richards may be leaving Gorseinon High Street but the business is very much alive with the a diverse range of property management services available via our De Le Beche head office in the centre of Swansea.”
Established in 1845, Rees Richards and Partners has built up a significant reputation offering a comprehensive professional service.
Added Dylan:
“The residential estate agency will continue but the business restructuring will allow us to focus on our core services which are delivered through our main Swansea office.”
From acquisitions and land sales to rent reviews, auctions and valuations, whether landowner, farmer, private individual or public body, Rees Richards aims to add value for each and every one of its clients, whatever their objective.
Rees Richards acts for some of the UK’s leading supermarkets, banks and utility providers along with a core of private clients in day-to-day property matters. But the firm is equally committed to serving the needs of individuals looking to make their first step on the property ladder or selling a property so they may make their next move.
