This September, Keep Wales Tidy is calling all groups, businesses, schools and organisations across Wales to take pride in their local communities and volunteer in one of the country's biggest clean-up campaigns.

The Be Tidy campaign runs throughout the month of September, giving people of all ages and areas the opportunity to help tackle a litter hot spot in an effort to Be Involved, Be Proud and Be Tidy.

In particular, Welsh businesses have a very prominent position and can quite often be the voice of their communities and so their input is vital if we truly want to inspire our residents to restore our area and take pride in our historical natural beauty. Not only that, the awareness and reputation attached for any Welsh business is immeasurable for their brand.

Lesley Jones, Keep Wales Tidy Chief Executive said; “Wales is a beautiful country but unfortunately we still have a big litter problem and the Be Tidy Campaign is a reminder that we can all do our bit to make a positive change. We live in busy times but most of us could spare a couple of hours to make our local area a nicer place to live. Please help us to make a difference and Be Tidy this September”.
