Verde Shortlisted for Corporate Finance Team of the Year

Verde Corporate Finance is thrilled to be shortlisted for Corporate Finance Team of the Year in the upcoming Finance Awards Wales. The awards are hosted by Recruit 121 Finance & Accounting, celebrating the achievements of the finance sector and recognising the important contribution made to the economy in Wales.

Verde is part of the GS Verde Group, a multi-discipline corporate advisory business that operates under an alternative business structure. This way of working is unique to Wales and allows the group to advise on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, equity fund raising, company structures and commercialisation of technology. The group cover both legal aspects and financial advisory services, providing an ideal position to advise on deals from start to finish.

As well as being shortlisted for this prestigious award, Verde also appear on Experian’s list of most active advisors in Wales in 2018 – ranking fifth on the list of financial advisors.

Verde Corporate Finance was founded in 2017 and has gone from strength to strength ever since, working on some high profile deals such as the management buy-out of Paramount Office Interiors and a successful fund-raise for Business News Wales.
