US Group Acquires Ellis Industrial Packaging

Ellis Industrial Packaging, headquartered in Cardiff, has been acquired by US-based manufacturer Transilwrap Company. Ellis, founded 48 years ago, provides packaging materials including films, bags, wrap and corrugated products designed to protect steel, tinplated and coated metals during shipping and storage.

It supplies customers across Europe from its Cardiff sales and distribution facility. Ellis' business operations and employees will be managed by the current leadership team as part of Transilwrap's MetPro Group subsidiary.
