Three more occupiers have moved into the Bocam Park business park at Bridgend, with lettings totalling 20,000 sq ft in the last 12 months.
Following an earlier letting at the 9,100 sq ft Building 10/11, Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board has leased 7,257 sq ft to consolidate existing operations on to the 2nd Floor of Building 1.
In addition, energy and regeneration specialist ENGIE has leased a 2,952 sq ft suite on the 2nd Floor of Building 31. Engie Regeneration moved to Bocam Park having outgrown its Cardiff premises following a series of contract wins, including housing projects worth £28m for Wales' largest registered social landlord Pobl Group.
A spokesperson for Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board, commented:
“The new unit really meets our needs, providing enhanced facilities whilst maintaining the immediate access to the M4 corridor that we required.”

In each case, landlord Second Horizon Limited was advised by the Cardiff office of property consultancy Knight Frank. Mark Sutton, Office Agency partner at Knight Frank, said:
