Cardiff-based online booking specialists thinkBooker have announced the launch of a new website and booking system project, delivered for corporate meeting room company, London Meeting Rooms.

Operating across a variety of landmark Central London locations, London Meeting Rooms provide a range of different meeting spaces for well-known companies, brands and organisations from the public and private sector.

As part of their plan to expand the business and become one of the leading names in corporate meeting rooms across the city, London Meeting Rooms identified a need to modernise their brand identity as well as invest in new digital platforms and solutions to increase awareness, open new revenue streams and improve operational efficiency.

A new logo, brand identity and company website were designed and developed by the thinkBooker team, incorporating the award-winning online booking system, providing a powerful yet streamlined customer journey, allowing new and existing clients to search and book a room at the location and time of their choosing, as well as easily adding extra items such as catering or equipment.

A product of Cardiff-based web and tech development company UpriseVSI, thinkBooker provides versatile booking solutions across multiple sectors, and is used by leading organisations including the Welsh Rugby Union, Cardiff Airport, Jacksonville Jaguars, and luxury retail giant, Farfetch.

While the front-end has been designed to deliver exceptional customer experience, the system also brings significant operational enhancements, improving booking management efficiency and increasing productivity in business development and customer relations. Helping transform the digital profile of the business, London Meeting Rooms now have a website and booking system that ensures client meeting room needs are fulfilled, as well as eliminating almost all of the manual admin that was previously putting a strain on operations.

Founder of London Meeting Rooms, Sam Williams, said:

“It’s been a pleasure to work with thinkBooker over the past eight months, and see this exciting new venture come to fruition. The new brand identity, along with our fantastic new website and booking system will certainly help London Meeting Rooms reach the next level in its growth. We’re already seeing the benefits of the system through new bookings via the website and greater efficiency in the office, and are excited to continue working alongside thinkBooker as the business grows and evolves.”

Gareth Rees Jones, MD at thinkBooker, said, following the launch of the new site:

“Working with London Meeting Rooms on a new brand, website and booking system has been a really exciting project for thinkBooker, and we’re delighted that the system has now gone live and already starting to prove its worth. It’s great to be working with a progressive new brand across some prestigious London locations. Following our success in the sport and retail sector in recent times, it’s wonderful to further showcase the versatility and commercial benefits that thinkBooker can deliver within the venue hire and meeting rooms industry.”
