Surf Snowdonia will host its first festival of 2018 on Saturday 14th April, and the North Wales surf hub is pulling in two of Europe’s biggest dance brands – Kaluki Musik and Café Mambo Ibiza – to kick the whole thing off.
Manchester-born label Kaluki made a seamless transition from grimy basements to global following and regularly sells out venues all over the world. Café Mambo is an iconic part of the Ibiza dance music scene and has made its way from San Antonio’s sunset strip to global renowned.
Surf Snowdonia’s soundwaves festival will be the first time the two labels have come to North Wales. The festival will take place on the edge of Surf Snowdonia’s inland lagoon, festival goers can expect state-of-the-art sound and light shows with outdoor and indoor stages.
Entry to the festival is strictly over 18s only, with limited edition early-bird tickets from £17.50. There are overnight VIP glamping pods and hot tubs from £25 per person (based on 4 sharing), and energetic festival goers can also book a surf between sets from £40 per hour.
