A full-service law firm serving Swansea, Neath and the surrounding regions has announced a series of promotions.

The promotions follow a period of continued growth for Hutchinson Thomas Solicitors, which recently expanded its teams across several key practice areas through a combination of new appointments and internal progression. Alongside strengthening its legal offering, the firm has also been focused on creating a clearer and more structured pathway to partnership, designed to provide greater transparency around career progression and future opportunities within the business.

As part of the latest round of promotions, Rachel Hurford, Melanie Williams, Jacqui Hay, Leah McDermid and Beth Lewis have all been promoted to Senior Associate, while Kiani Eccleston and Rhiannon Davies have been promoted to Associate.

The firm says the promotions recognise the exceptional commitment, professionalism and dedication each individual has demonstrated in their respective roles, while also highlighting the depth of talent developing across the business.

Darren Davies, Partner at Hutchinson Thomas, said:

“These promotions are thoroughly deserved and reflect the hard work, professionalism and commitment shown by each individual. As a firm, we are passionate about creating opportunities for our people and supporting them as they progress in their careers. The work we are undertaking to develop a clearer pathway to partnership is another important step in that commitment and reflects the culture we continue to build at Hutchinson Thomas.”
