Commercial Property Specialist Joins JCP Solicitors As New Director

South and West Wales law firm JCP Solicitors has boosted its expertise further with the appointment of a new Director, who is a highly-regarded specialist in commercial property.

Rob Howells joins JCPRob Howells, from Mumbles, has joined JCP to lead its Commercial and Residential Property teams in Carmarthen. Mr Howells brings with him considerable expertise in commercial property, having represented a range of large public and private clients as well as smaller concerns. He is practised in all aspects of commercial property, developments, pension issues and landlord and tenant matters.

JCP is one of the largest independent indigenous law firms in Wales, and its Head of Property Services, Chris Davies, says:
