Senior Appointment as Vibe Expands Trade and Labour Division

Vibe Recruit are expanding their Trade and Labour Division with the appointment of new Manager, Phil Davies.

With a growing number of clients and increased demand in these sectors, Phil will be tasked with further strengthening our offering and establishing Vibe Recruit as the first choice for Trade and Labour Recruitment across Wales and the South West.

Phil commented,

“After working in the Recruitment Industry for a number of years, I have been given the fantastic opportunity of heading up Vibe Recruit’s ever-expanding Trades and Labour Team.

Also joining the Trade and Labour Division is Rebecca Arthur, who has worked for Vibe since its inception.

She said:

“I have over 5 years of experience of industrial recruitment and when I was offered the opportunity to take on a new challenge I couldn’t refuse. I am looking forward to building on my recruitment knowledge working alongside Phil and together making this a great success. This is a really exciting time for our team and Vibe as a whole.”

Finally, Rebecca and Phil will be joined by Mike Mahoney, who has over 30 years of recruitment experience. Mike has a wealth of knowledge of the South Wales Construction Market which will prove invaluable to the team.

Mike has also supplied Engineering contract staff for Power Stations, Nuclear Plants, Steelworks and Biomass plants – which will also strengthen our position within the Industrial Services Market.

The team will be overseen by our Regional Director Paul Southard. Collectively they will bring a wealth of expertise, knowledge and passion to Vibe Recruit’s Trade and Labour Division ensuring that both clients and candidates receive a tailored and personalised service.
