Independent agency, Rhinorecruitment.com, has announced its expansion into a new market, adding a commercial division to its growing operation.

Having built the business on its reputation as a specialist construction recruiter, the brand now looks to replicate its successes in the commercial space, joining forces with specialist recruiter, Harry Driscoll.

Driscoll, former owner of Prince Resourcing based in Barry, is thrilled to be pooling his knowledge, clients and staff members with Rhinorecruitment.com, forming a larger agency with huge market potential.

He said:

“I am delighted to have merged Prince Resourcing into the Rhino Group. Having discussed the opportunity with Andrew, it was a no-brainer. Rhino Commercial will specialise in recruiting for sales, HR, Marketing and Financial services on both contract, interim and permanent basis. I am excited and looking forward to what the future holds for Rhino Commercial and the Rhino Group”.

The decision to branch out comes after a rise in demand for skilled staff, with many of Rhino’s clients requesting the team’s support when needing employees in various departments.

Andrew Roberts, Founder of Rhino Group Holdings and Director of Rhino Commercial, says:

“We are proud to be expanding the service we offer to our existing clients while bringing on board new clients as well. These are turbulent times for businesses. Therefore, finding the right staff members has never been so vital.”

“Our team is made up of skilled resources with a wealth of knowledge of the commercial market, so we have all the tools to make a success of this new business and add real value to the companies we are working with.”

Rhino Group Holdings, which owns a collection of boutique agencies, predicts another buoyant year ahead, with revenue expected to grow substantially following a number of key investments.
