Kate joins as a senior associate, bringing extensive experience in high value commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on development and landlord and tenant work. Caitlyn joins as a solicitor, specialising in landlord and tenant matters, renewable energy, and high value commercial acquisitions and disposals. Her expertise in these areas will support clients in managing property portfolios, complex property transactions and securing funding for real estate projects.
