Coyote Ugly Saloon Bar, the global franchise owned by Coyote Ugly Saloon Worldwide, is to launch its second Welsh venue when it opens in Swansea this Summer.
Building on the success of existing venues, including the first ever UK Coyote Ugly which opened in Cardiff in 2016; the new site will be taking over part of the former Aspers Casino on Wind Street and will create 50 new jobs.
Steve Lewis, director of Coyote Ugly Saloon in the UK commented,
“We are extremely pleased to announce our second Welsh venue, and we envisage the new Swansea venue to be the best yet and is one that has us very excited.”
Chris Tymanowski, Partner and Head of Commercial Property at Peter Lynn and Partners has advised on all Coyote Ugly’s sites across the UK after successfully completing the opening of the Cardiff site.
“Chris has been with us from the start and he not only understand our needs but is adept at “thinking outside the box” and coming up with commercial solutions as needed’.
With its own unique style of entertainment and specific venue requirements, Swansea was a perfect fit for the expanding brand and the ambitious developments taking place makes Swansea one of the most attractive cities in the UK.
“I am delighted to advise on the expansion of this prestigious brand after the successful completion of sites in Cardiff, Liverpool and Manchester, and as a Swansea based legal firm, it’s great to see such a recognisable brand locating to our city.”
Swansea is the latest of many Coyote Ugly Saloon bars planned for opening across other UK cities over the next few years as the brand continues its rapid expansion.
