Global property consultancy Knight Frank has promoted Owen Griffiths to Partner in its Cardiff Valuation and Advisory division.
Owen joined the firm as an associate in 2019 and has played an active role in the growth of valuations and consultancy activities in South Wales.
“Despite a difficult time because of the pandemic Knight Frank has enjoyed a strong year in its valuations work. The business has performed very well, with Knight Frank’s partnership approach and team ethos a key factor in the firm’s strength in the region. I am delighted to join the Partnership and I look forward to my growing role within the company.”
Richard Walters, head of Knight Frank’s Valuation team in Cardiff said:
“We recruited Owen as a key player in the South Wales commercial property market who could help take our valuations service on to a new level. His promotion to partner recognises his dedication, dynamism and hard work in achieving that target, with the arrival of new clients including the Development Bank of Wales.”
“I have no doubt that he will continue to exceed expectations and deliver a first class service to our clients.”
