The Opening of £2.8m State of the Art Preparation and Customer Service Facility

The huge investment in our 32 ramp preparation centre, customer service suite and cosmetic finishing facility and 12 bay Valet bay facility has seen us complete works ahead of the busy Easter trading period with our team moving in during the first week of March. The £2.8m investment by The Trade Centre Wales, not only optimises preparation standards and throughput, but also provides the capacity to prepare almost double the cars, as will be required ahead of opening our new Cardiff North Superstore in Abercynon in quarter 2 2016.

The new facility essentially creates a Trade Centre Wales  automotive village at Neath, with a head office function incorporating the busy retail showroom and forecourt, mechanical preparation centre, internal parts division, cosmetic finishing and a brand new customer services suite to provide industry leading aftercare for our valued customers. With over 170 staff now employed by The Trade Centre Wales, rising to 250 with the opening of the new Cardiff North location , the business is a significant employer in the region and is currently recruiting to support expansion, with roles in retail sales, administration, finance and many workshop based roles.
