Cardiff Offices at The Maltings Snapped Up Before Completion

The Maltings has announced that almost 50% of its new offices have been reserved as part of its £6 million expansion.

Last year, The Maltings announced that it would be developing 25,000 sq ft of vacant space into new offices, due to increasing demand.

Ten out of 27 offices have now been reserved for both existing and new clients across a diverse range of sectors, including IT, logistics, engineering, insurance and travel.

There are now 17 fully serviced offices available from June, which will accommodate between two and eight people.

As part of the expansion, The Maltings has also developed large self-managed offices, with companies such as Greenaway Scott reserving space.

Four self-managed offices from 800-1600 sq ft are now available to rent.

This is the final phase of the current £6m redevelopment at The Maltings, which has seen the addition of a brand new, fully equipped on site modern gym where tenants enjoy free membership; a modern cafe/coffee shop; fully equipped meeting rooms; conference and video conferencing facilities; fully fitted and equipped communal kitchen areas where serviced office tenants can enjoy free tea and coffee; male, female and disabled toilets; shower rooms and break-out seating areas.

In addition to state-of-the-art office space, tenants at The Maltings benefit from flexible tenure with easy in/easy out, all inclusive, cost-effective, lease and rental arrangements. The site also has 24 hour security, CCTV cover, on site car parking and internal lifts providing 24/7 accessibility to all areas.

As part of its dedication to being an environmentally friendly business location, The Maltings provides a 17-seater courtesy bus service to and from Cardiff city centre.

The Maltings has been established for over thirty years as a centre for Records Management and Document Storage, as well as a provider of self-managed and serviced office space.
