Monmouthshire Housing Association’s (MHA) planning application for the new Brookside development of 25 new homes, was unanimously agreed at Monmouthshire County Council’s Planning Committee meeting on Tuesday 7th February.
The successful application for the construction of new homes will see a development made up of affordable three-bedroom and two-bedroom houses, two-bedroom bungalows and one-bedroom flats.
MHA Chief Executive John Keegan said:
“We are replacing an older person’s complex which had low demand, with family sized accommodation which is in huge demand in Caldicot. The new Brookside homes will follow our hugely successful development at Old School Close in Caldicot.”
