Under Alison’s leadership, the company has enjoyed a stellar start to the landmark anniversary year. It has increased the size of its premises by 50 percent at the start of 2016 and has also expanded its workforce by 10 percent.

The company provides high tech, bespoke and secure letterboxes throughout the UK and worldwide. Staff have worked on some of the most prestigious and exciting developments in the UK including, close to home, the new Swansea University Bay campus, and, further afield, the famous Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

It has developed a comprehensive range of more than 130 mailboxes during its time in business including the FlapLock, which was developed in conjunction with a UK Arson Task Force team to eliminate the risk of arson being started through the letterbox.

Customers of The Safety Letterbox Company, the UK’s leading manufacturers of mail and parcel solutions, have been offered the chance to win a 75cl bottle of Veuve Clicquot by playing their part in the company’s 30th anniversary celebrations.

The South Wales business has asked its clients to choose their favourite project from a short-list drawn up by The Safety Letterbox Company, which includes the iconic Burj Khalifa in Dubai – – the world’s tallest building. They will then be entered into a prize draw to win a 75cl bottle of Veuve Clicquot in its own VC mailbox inspired case.

Alison Orrells, managing director of the Safety Letterbox Company, said:

“We are celebrating a milestone in our history this year with our 30th anniversary. We have survived one of the toughest recessions and we have continued to grow year on year, and I am so thrilled to say that we are celebrating thirty years in business.

“Over the years we have been delighted to be involved with some of the most amazing developments and we decided to collect a small sample of our favourite projects for customers to choose from to be in with a chance of winning a bottle of champagne so they can toast our success with us at the end of March.”
