Neath-Based Hale Homes Making a Splash at Aberavon Seafront

Neath-based Hale Homes is contributing to the regeneration of Aberavon seafront to its glory days, with its exciting new Bay View development, which launches on Saturday. The much-anticipated seafront development on the site of the former Old Bay View Social Club on Princess Margaret Way, offers 13 two and three bedroom detached, semi-detached and link homes, which have already garnered much interest from local purchasers.

Family-run luxury house builder Hale Homes has begun work on the cul de sac site, with the freehold homes anticipated to be completed within a year and by Autumn 2016. Hale has a view home open at its Poplars Drive site in Skewen, to demonstrate the high standard of homes on offer, which will be available as bespoke designs, with a choice of fixtures and fittings customised for each buyer. Potential purchasers have already expressed interest because of the outstanding bay views available from some of the homes, as well as the excitement involved with the regeneration of the area – including the £13.4m investment in the state of the art Leisure and Fitness facility, currently under development on the site of the former Aberavon Lido.
