Cardiff based financial services provider MotoNovo Finance has announced it’s creating around 200 new jobs in conjunction with the launch of its new careers website.
MotoNovo is expecting to recruit for the 200 new positions over the course of the next year, with roles in customer care, sales, collections, marketing, and credit analytics as well as department heads and senior leadership positions.
The One Central Square firm, is expected to add more than £18m to the Welsh economy in salaries alone. Since moving into newer, larger headquarters back in 2016, MotoNovo has already set about diversifying its services, entering new markets and making significant investment into its consumer division.
The Sunday Times Best Companies listed employer is currently gearing up for the launch of its next consumer product, vehicle listings website findandfundmycar.com.
Due to launch in 2018, the site, which has been earmarked to rival AutoTrader, will see around 20 roles being created to support its operations across dealer and consumer support, marketing and analytics.
Motonovocareers.com is launching on the 30th October and has been created to house all the key vacancy details and allow users to easily browse and apply for roles through its intelligent application portal.
Since the companies move to a state-of-the-art work environment in 2016, MotoNovo has maintained a high quality working culture which includes sending 60 staff members on an all-expenses paid trip to Barcelona and themed nights out to celebrate company achievements. The company is also heavily involved in community work including charity rugby days and ‘right to read’ days, as well as raising over £60,000 for charitable funds since the start of the year.
