Jelf’s South Wales branches are celebrating after both being awarded the highest ‘3 Star’ accolade for ‘exceptional’ client service in an independent assessment by Investor in Customers (IIC).
Based on Langdon Road, the Swansea branch achieved an impressive 9.17 out of 10 in the assessment, which reviews performance in the field of customer service and relationships.
The Cardiff branch also did extremely well, achieving an impressive 8.80 out of 10.
Providing a consistently high level of client service to their local communities, this marks the fourth year that Jelf Group as a whole has received the highest ‘3 Star’ rating and sees the organisation retain its position as the top UK broker in the IIC community.
Speaking about the outcome of the assessment Julian Hilton, Regional Managing Director, Jelf Insurance Brokers, said:

A ‘3 Star’ rating in the IIC assessment is based on independently verified feedback from clients and staff and, as such, is recognised as a standard that distinguishes a company that puts the client at the heart of their business.
