Llanmoor Homes Announce Third Development in Caerphilly

Family-run housebuilder Llanmoor Homes is excited to announce the launch of its third development in the Caerphilly area.

The new Hawtin Meadows development will be located just off the A4049 in the village of Pontllanfraith with easy access to the A472. This scheme enables buyers to purchase a new build property up to the value of £300,000 with as little as a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage, with the Government providing a 25 year equity loan for up to 20% of the property value.
